What this is
Pluratlas is a private journaling and self-knowledge tool for people whose inner experience is plural, including (but not limited to) systems with DID or OSDD. It is built to help you keep notes, track what's happening across the system, and find your bearings.
It is not a clinical tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. It is not designed to handle emergencies. If you are in danger or in a mental-health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line, Pluratlas is not a substitute for either.
Your data
- Everything you write is private to your account. Other users cannot see it; we use row-level security to enforce this in the database.
- You can export your data at any time from Settings → Export.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, your written content, your voice notes, your portraits, and the auth account itself.
- We use a managed cloud database (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and Lovable AI for the inside-the-app dialogue, summaries, and weekly letter. Content sent to AI providers is not used to train their models.
- We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party trackers on the app pages.
Sharing & consent
Sharing your data with anyone, a friend, a therapist, a clinician, is opt-in. The app does not auto-share. If you turn on therapist auto-send, what gets sent is what you wrote, summarized; you control whether that's on.
Terms in brief
- Use the app for your own self-knowledge work. Don't use it to harm others.
- Pluratlas is provided as-is. We try to be careful and gentle, but software has bugs and we can't promise the app will always be available or error-free.
- You own what you write. By using the app, you grant us only what we need to store and display it back to you.
- If we materially change these terms, we'll mention it the next time you sign in.
